Who we are

The secrets of 200°

Duecentogradi started as an idea of 3 guys (Christian Milone, Gianni Mancini and Mirko Napolitano) and soon became a way of reinventing the traditional roman sandwich.
The sandwiches you'll find here are a combination of tradition and invention at the same time. Behind the counter , you’ll find an array of ingredients, always fresh and hand selected, which together make each sandwich special. Duecentogradi features a large range of sauces, including our famous 200° sauce.
The interesting thing about 200° is the bread we use: it is produced especially for us by a bakery which prepares the dough for us. They bake the bread for us at exactly 200°, hense the name of our store. We have over 60 types of sandwiches which are named after some of the most famous piazzas in Rome, making them characteristic and unmistakable.
The possibility of personalizing each sandwich with the vast selection of ingredients available means that the choices are limited only to your taste fantasy!

Duecentogradi offers more than just a simple sandwich: we also have a wide range of salads (that you can personalize according to your taste), homemade cakes and a large selection of drinks from water to wine on tap, which (thanks to modern machinery) always taste like wine from a freshly opened bottle.
We are also a cafè, which together with the selection of cakes, makes 200° a perfect place for a snack at any time. All of this is coupled with the maximum courtesy and quick service in a modern and selected décor; there is seating space for you to eat in comfort and you can even watch SkyTV while you are there.
We are open from lunch time until late and because we are in such a central position, the sandwich bar is ideal for lunch after a tour, a morning in the office or shopping. It’s also perfect for nights owls who have made Duecentogradi a meeting place since its opening.

Christian Milone, Gianni Mancini and Mirko Napolitano are the inventors of Duecentogradi; they decided to create a company different from those traditionally found, which would become a meeting place for lunch, dinner and anytime throughout the night.
Their passion for things made well, their passion for healthy food without sacrificing taste and their attention to detail are the fundamental areas of their work and help to make Duecentogradi the most famous sandwich bar in Rome.
